Our New Strawberry Bed for under $10

Today we started making some raised beds. We are just using scrap wood from around the yard. They are not perfect but its all we need to start.

So first we built our bed which was FREE with scrap wood around the yard, you can also collect pallets for free from around town.The bed we made was about 4x10. Which seems big now but it will fill up with strawberries throughout the years.

DIY Burner Liners

I am horrible when it comes to cleaning my stove, I am so grateful for self cleaning ovens but the burners get very neglected! I usually bought burner liners here and there but I always forget and end up torturing my burners and then I found the answer!

Pre-made meatballs

For my food plan this week I planned on making meatballs and rice for today's dinner. Instead of making one quick batch, I decided to make a bunch and freeze a few batches. We still have a lot of ground moose left over from last year and since hunting season is coming soon so I would like to use up last years before we get more this year.

Freezer Lunches: PB&J Sandwiches

So we've had a pretty bad week the past week.  Kahlen got really sick with a horrible cough and a fever So for school it made it a bit tough with a poor little Kahlen being very grumpy and sick but for the most part we made it through this week.

DIY Repurpose Garden Watering System
